Interview
Recruiter chat - 15 min
Recruiter then proceeded to text me and email me A LOT, which I thought was interesting but maybe a good sign.
Had 3 interviews with members of the team. Everyone was nice and great to talk to. The recruiter said he would get back to me within 24 hours of the final interview.
It has now been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything. The text-happy recruiter has completely ghosted me. I don't care if you don't want to hire me, just get back to me with feedback. Extremely unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Podium in Aug 2025
Interview
Recruiter round - It was easy round, Hiring manager round - This interview was mostly about past product experiences and then Product Case Presentation round - This focused on Product features, prioritization and stakeholder management.

Product Sense Questions, Past product management experience
Quite a few rounds, but fairly quickly processed. I think I met with 8 people over the course of 4 weeks. Screening, hiring manager, technical panel, cpo, engineering manager, hiring manager again
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Podium (Lehi, UT) in May 2024
Interview
No formal process, I had to ask for next steps and what to expect at every turn. No conversation about salary or benefits to begin the process. I was passed between three different people, none of which knew what was going on with timing. One of the worst interview processes I’ve ever been a part of. I had to reach out 5 times after the first call to finally hear back 2 weeks later that I would be meeting with someone else. After the 2nd interview I had to reach out to all three people involved again for 2 weeks until one day out of the blue I got an automated decline email. After spending 8+ hours interviewing and researching the company I would have lived a human response as to why I wouldn’t be moving forward. But after the disaster of a hiring process I’m glad I’m not working here.
