Interview
I was reached out by a recruiter for a screening call after applying online. The recruiter emails me 2 minutes before the interview letting me know that they were running over from a previous meeting and asked if we could reschedule. We pushed it out for 2 days and each time the recruiter either doesn't respond to my email regarding availability or asks to reschedule to another day but does not respond when the day comes around. Overall, I'm a bit surprised at how unprofessional the recruiter is and it's not a great experience for candidates.

Did not meet with the recruiter as they never got back to me after trying to reschedule multiple times.
Fast response from recruiter. technical questions asked by the hiring manager. Total of 3 rounds of interview. Overall process was fast and straightforward but they were vague in terms of the qualities they’re looking for in a candidate
Multiple rounds with the team members to discuss examples of performance. Overall different members had different questions aligned with roles that were matching with their respective teams. i hope this helps
Bad. Time consuming. No offer after 4 interviews (one consisting of group round table). Feedback was that they were choosing to move forward with someone more “strategic”. It seemed like they just wanted ideas and strategies from candidates!
