Longer interview process with multiple rounds and a take home but team was super responsive after and between each one. Nice team and felt excited at each round, and respected how organized the process was. Questions were in depth and detailed during each round. Disappointed to do 7 interviews though and not get the job!
Fast response from recruiter. technical questions asked by the hiring manager. Total of 3 rounds of interview. Overall process was fast and straightforward but they were vague in terms of the qualities they’re looking for in a candidate
Multiple rounds with the team members to discuss examples of performance. Overall different members had different questions aligned with roles that were matching with their respective teams. i hope this helps
Bad. Time consuming. No offer after 4 interviews (one consisting of group round table). Feedback was that they were choosing to move forward with someone more “strategic”. It seemed like they just wanted ideas and strategies from candidates!
