I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Positive Behavior Supports (Jacksonville, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a little jumbled. I submitted my application through LinkedIn and they told me I had to apply through the website. They use an electronic interview system which was cool because I could read the question, think about my answer, and rerecord if I made a mistake. But then afterwards I heard from 2 or 3 different people to schedule my phone interview and it seemed like they didn't know that someone else had reached out to me. The phone interview was great!
Received an offer the same day I applied, interview was self-paced and very easy! I was contacted by a regional coordinator within a week or so, and was able to start with a client within 2 weeks.
Phone call interview was done. Was formal but staff was warm and kind during the process. Next steps included waiting on a follow up from the call. I felt the questions were appropriate and insightful
It was a phone interview with the regional coordinator of my region. It was an easy process. Not very stressful at all, it was like having a conversation with a friend more than an interview.
