Two stages with the Head of Recruitment and Head of HR which went well, was told I was the preferred candidate and was going forward for a final 'conversation' with members of the team. They told me the role was something completely different, grilled me (clearly hadn't had any notes from previous interviews). Then took nearly 2 weeks to come back to me, and even then it was because I chased several times (and I'd emailed to withdraw my application). Would not recommend this to anyone.
