The application was quite lengthy, but good companies usually will have a more detailed application form. I didn't hear anything for a good month or so after I applied. I was notified by email for a video interview, which I much preferred to a telephone interview. Questions would flag up on the screen and you'd have a minute to come up with an answer, in all honesty my answers weren't the greatest as this was something completely different to what I've experienced within previous interviews. But I was still very confident in my answers and came across friendly, after all that's what they want. I then heard back from them again by phone 2/3 weeks later inviting me to a one to one.
