I applied online. I interviewed at Precisely (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2025
Interview
I had a 20-minute MS Teams interview with a Talent Recruiter. He asked about SQL, and even though I have 5 years of experience writing queries, I had stopped using it for a while. Some basic concepts and terminologies were harder to explain. I believe that utilizing SQL again in a company setting would quickly refresh your knowledge, and that a brief lapse in use should not be the sole measure of your skills. Even with some “SQL rust,” proper training and a solid knowledge transition can help you regain confidence and proficiency in no time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Precisely (Bangalore Rural) in Mar 2024
Interview
First a discussion with Hiring Manager, followed with a Technical Round which revolves around the product we support. Later a Managerial round with Product Manager. Difficulty is moderate. Hiring process took around 1 month.
