The interview process was a full day of 4 separate interviews with different folks. Each interview was different and during each meeting it was shown how much Precoa cares about its people and also the partnered funeral homes.

Interview
Met recruiters on campus, had an initial interview with 2 people, and then went into another room and continued the interview process with another 2 people. A week later I met with some of the leadership for 2 more interviews, and was then flown out to Portland for on site interviews which consisted of 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with various individuals who would be leading you and working with you.
