I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prestige Staffing (Austin, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online (Indeed/LinkedIn). The Talent Acquisition Specialist in ATL reached out to me and interviewed me over the phone at first. I was then brought in for an initial interview with the Managing Director here in Austin, TX. He was very nice and asked questions just about what I like to do for fun and what my motivation was, really trying to assess my personality and what my fit would be for the team. After this interview, I was invited for a final interview a week later, where I interviewed with an Account Manager and a Healthcare Recruiter. Again, they just asked questions relating to my personality, trying to assess my fit for the culture and team at Prestige in Austin. I then shadowed a Senior Recruiter which wrapped up final interview.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist got back to me a week later (after I followed up) saying that they went with another candidate who had sales experience who they thought would be a better fit at this time. Overall it was a positive experience, and if you are looking to get into recruitment and staffing the culture and team at Prestige seem much more laid-back and less cutthroat than other staffing firms. I had a positive experience with the interview process even though I did not get an offer. The culture, which Prestige prides itself on it seems, is what drew me to this firm, as it seems very conducive for growth for young professionals.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Prestige Staffing (Addison, TX) in Feb 2024
Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews. The initial interview lasted only 10-15 minutes and the second interview was longer being closer to 30 minutes. I was told in the end that I would hear back but was ghosted until I sent follow up emails to get feedback.

Describe a time when I had to work with difficult people in a working environment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Prestige Staffing (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2023
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me. The initial call was very easy and general questions. During the second interview, I spoke to 3 people via teams. This interview went really well and the questions they asked were very easy, however they ghosted me after. The way they didn't follow up with me after telling me I did great in the interview was extremely rude. I also asked multiple interviewers if they had concerns and all of them said no. Overall, they need to be more upfront about how they feel about interviewees and they should have the decency to reject someone upfront instead of ghosting.

Interview
Everyone I spoke with was nice and it was ultimately a smooth process. Process is an initial phone call, then meeting with different managers - 30/45 minute interviews. They went with a different candidate but it was good practice for future interviews
