Pret A Manger Customer Service Associate interview questions

Horrible Interview, I have a nose piercing which is hard to remove without a piercer in the short notice I had for the interview (very late phone call, then 9am next day). I had said this to the person I spoke to on the phone and they said it was okay for the interview. I got there and they refused to let me even do the interview, when I said I would absolutely take it out for the job. Terrible communication and I was lied to. I left feeling embarrassed and angry that I couldn't complete it. They really need to have accommodating interviews, I was not staff there.
