I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pret A Manger (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Really easy interview process, i applied and a week later i get the interview.
The interview was really easy because they gonna ask you about yourself , you previous experience etc.
An easy causal conversation about myself and previous experience. Then I had a trial shift before being offered the job. Trial shift is around 30 minutes and very easy, more to see if you can make coffee and fit in with the team

Question 1
Previous customer experience and why I wanted to work there
They asked me to make a coffee. Pretty straightforward, one chat with a manager and done — not intimidating at all. They asked simple, usual questions: about your background, why you want to work at Pret, your availability, stuff like that.
