Three stages, !-2-1 with a Hiring manager then Shop interview where you work with a team on a shop floor and in a kitchen and an interview with an Ops Manager. third one was an interview or they call it "informal chat" with a Regional Director. Very professional but approachable and allowing to ask many questions.
