I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pret A Manger (London, England) in Feb 2024
Interview
Shorter than average interview process. only 2 stages but with a hefty task required for the second part (plus an initial screening call with HR team). task required was to design a strategy for a new menu range. felt like free labour for a campaign that they hadn't planned.
when I asked about dealing with online hate comments/crises (in particular the company has received around israel/Palestine) it was met with hostility and an icy answer that was clearly handed down from a legal department. I don't think they liked being asked this

Question 1
Lots on trend spotting, how to make content and finding ideas for videos
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Pret A Manger (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
Straightforward - online application then invited to an online interview with HR and hiring manager. Interview was generally okay, felt the hiring manager seemed distracted during the interview though and even yawned/stretched at one point. Not very professional and not great to see from someone you might end up reporting to. Received feedback via email (albeit not majorly constructive as it related to managerial experience and general career experience) which is appreciated rather than copy and paste rejection.
