I applied for a part time sales assistant in Primark - Belfast. I applied via online, completed an online application form. A few days later, i then got invited to do an online quiz in which was answering questions about different scenarios. About 2 weeks later I got an email for a invitation for an interview in the following week. The interview itself only took 20 minutes. There was two people that interviewed me and they couldn't have been any nicer. They explained at the start of the interview that it is informal and just to relax which made me feel so much better and less nervous!It felt like a chat rather than an Interview. Throughout the interview, they asked me about previous experience of my job history. Then they fired away with some questions. They help me with my answers and lead me to get the answers they wanted to be honest so DON'T WORRY. This has been the one of the best interview I have had so far as I was so relaxed.
