Asked your availability and what shifts you’d like. Asked the average retail questions- why do you want to work here, examples of good customer service, difficult customer, a time you went above and beyond.

Lots of questions about the company and personal attributes such as teamwork, leadership and positive attitude towards customer service. Ask for availability, preferred number of hours and any previous experience in retail.
