The interview was straightforward and friendly. I was asked about customer service, availability, and how I’d handle certain scenarios. It felt relaxed and more like a conversation. They seemed focused on enthusiasm and flexibility rather than experience, and I heard back fairly quickly afterward

What benefit would you advertise gift cards as having to convince customers to purchase?
Very open minded conversation, welcoming and respectful. They were interested in asking about me as a person as well as my professional experience in my working life. They have me a full tour of the building and all members of staff were friendly
