Interview
I submitted my application online and was called in for an interview. I was asked a little about my experience by the area director and then shown around the school to the classes that needed a teacher. I was able to spend some time in the classrooms and speak to the teachers about their experiences. At the end of the interview I was able to tell the area director which classroom was best suited to my skill set.

Long, had to wait for 30 minutes, very awkward experience. Immediately had no interest in working for the manager after meeting her. Kids were crying, the entire place did not see very kid friendly
