I went through three stages at Progyny, including an in-office case study. After finishing the case study, I was told on the same day that there would be a next-stage informal chat. Then, out of nowhere, I got a standard rejection email with no explanation. I asked for clarification about what changed and why I was rejected, but never got a proper answer. No feedback, no transparency—just a blanket rejection. This experience was incredibly frustrating. If Progyny wants to attract talent, they need to at least communicate clearly and treat candidates with basic respect.
