I met with the science team lead informally once, where she asked questions getting to know my background and personality. She also gave me general information about the company and the project. Then, I met with the team in a more official interview. They gave me specific information about the project and asked some scientific questions to see how much I understood. The next week, we had a phone interview and she asked about more logistic questions, such as salary and time available. A couple days later, they contacted me with the decision.
