I applied online, then a month later was asked to meet for a phone screen. after that i was assigned a mock presentation that i would deliver to a panel. i was really disappointed that after i took the time to deliver a customized presentation - they kept me on the hook for over six weeks before rejecting me with a very standard email, and reposting the job description online. honestly i was a little bit offended after going through the time to do a presentation. it felt like they didn't have any respect for me as a candidate. they were very responsive when i reached out to followup, but i couldn't believe they didn't just reject me after a month plus.
