Interview
I had a HR screen with a recruiter in mid August. Went well and I was eager to learn more about the role from the hiring manager. I had an interview with the hiring manager a week later which I felt went well. We both asked questions, aligned on what the role would look like, and told me of next steps. I was told I would hear from the recruiter after the holiday weekend (Labor Day) when she returned from PTO to set it up. A week later with no communication I sent a follow up email to the recruiter and now almost a month later I have never heard back. I would MUCH rather be told a no than hear nothing at all, especially after the time I have already invested.. Do better Progyny.
This process was very fast paced and very informing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming throughout the process. It took about four weeks and consisted of a range of tasks.
