The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Prolink (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. We had a quick conversation and then I was invited in for a face to face. This conversation went well. I then went to a shadowing and had an additional face to face with two account managers. Again, things went well and I left with a good feeling. I was told I’d be potentially scheduled with the VP, but it did not end up happening as he decided to not bring on any additional new hires.
The process was distinguished by continued follow-ups from my recruiter and overall timeliness to questions, and I am appreciative of the feedback they were able to provide, even if an offer was not extended. It’s a rarity in the industry, and they clearly have a process they adhere to. Perhaps we can work together in the future. The timing may not have been right.

Describe a time when you faced rejection and how you overcame it.
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
