Interview
Thorough!
I went through a phone screening that took about 45 minutes. A week after, I had a virtual interview with a Regional Director that took just over an hour and it was one of the more challenging (in a good way!) interviews I've had in years. The following week I had a third interview with a Manager and someone else from the location I was interviewing for and that was more of a behavioral format.
Everyone was incredibly nice and kind throughout the process.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had to solve a problem with a group.
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
