Interview
Contacted by Corporate Recruiter; interviewed on site with panel of interviewers; half day job shadow/final interview with company executive. The interview process will be quick. They are a rapidly growing company and when they find someone they like they wont waste time. This is an old school / G rated Wolf of Wall Street type of company. They are loud, high energy and look for people like that to join the team. Success needs to be your primary motivator and your personality has to fit; often times its more important than your resume or previous experience. Be high energy, internally motivated to win and couple it with being dressed professionally and well put together. Its a good job for someone out of college looking to cut their teeth or for the staffing veteran with success that is looking to grow vs sit in the recruitment chair for decades.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Personality based questions for the most part "what motivates you" "what are your long term goals" etc. Some skill set questions, but little to no situational/STAR based questions. Again, your past experience is almost secondary to your mindset and personality for this job. If you don't fit in/buy in here you will fail.
Have had initial interview with Recruiter. Nice lady. Set me up for 2nd interview. Not heard back yet, but it is making me write this review to even research the company. Will update.
Fast and really simple I didn’t have a problem navigating the interview. Everyone was really informative and easy to get along with. Thank you. And this was this morning after pill.
First with human resources rep and then with a recruiting manager. First was very quick and asked basic interview questions. The second was a video call and questions were typical for interview. Ask about competitiveness and willingness to work odd hours if needed.
