Interview
I applied 5 weeks ago and a few hours later I received an invitation to participate in a self-paced digital/text interview that consisted of a few very simple automatically populated questions. After 3 weeks, I received an email requesting to schedule a video interview with a link to select from available interview times. The link then took me to the ModernHire website where no interview times were listed. I could not reply to the individual who sent the link because the email was a "donotreply@modernhire.com." I then emailed the secondary recruiter from a previous email who contacted the original recruiter and the times were now available. Needless to say, my interview was set for today to which I logged in early waiting for additional participants. After 15 min, I emailed the recruiter to confirm our start time and called the extension listed without success. I waited on the video call for the allotted 30 min until I disconnected ending an ultimately disheartening process. By outsourcing their hiring procedures, SJH/Providence may be missing out on a larger pool of qualified applicants.
