I applied online. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was very quick. The person who interviewed me was clearly not interested from the beginning. They hired internally so my interview was a formality. The office didn't seem like a great fit for me, either. It seemed "stuffy."
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Prudential (Newark, NJ) in Jan 2016
Interview
Long, cumbersome, unprofessional. They made me meet with almost 15 people over a period of 5 months, for hours and hours knowing that there may be a hiring freeze on the position. Extremely callous and disrespectful of anyone Else's time or efforts.
