Role play and competency based questions.2nd stage with partner and line manager which was less formal. No presentations required but some trickier questions from the partner. All in all a good experience

Describe a time when you had to give someone bad news
Quite a slow drawn out process. Took over two months to get to final interview stage. By this time I had another role. The people I spoke to were all very nice, just all took too long.
