The recruiter was very "to the point" and it kind of gave me a cold shoulder. I have heard great things about this organization but it did not go as I expected

Tell me about challenge or dealing conflicts in a workplace?
Fast interview process, was effective and less waiting time. Everyone was respectable and they do care a bit on the fit into the culture. Might be hard for anyone from start up to really join cause the natural of the culture are different
