The screening process of PWC SDC is quite stringent as it consists of several rounds and unlike other companies you would get the taste of Big 4 once you step into the interview room. The first round is of written interview where your basic accounting knowledge will be evaluated. Then comes the technical round 1 and 2 where you can be grilled to your break even point. They want to actually see through the candidate as to whether he or she is different from the rest. Your basic and advanced knowledge about Indian Taxation system and Accounting are checked. If you can successfully clear the technical round they will tell you to wait for the HR round at last otherwise a bid bye means better luck next time (after a span of 6 months though i.e. cooling period). The HR round is generally basic where they evaluate whether you can give 100% of your dedication to PWC as being the topmost Accounting firm PWC generally provides seamless services to their clients and they expect the candidate to always put their best foot forward in the assigned division.
