I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PwC (Sydney) in Mar 2015
Interview
Psychometric testing to begin with which consists of maths, english comprehension and IQ type questions. This was followed by a video interview - there's nobody else on the other side, just the computer asking you a question and then you have 30-60 seconds to record your response. If you get through that stage you then have a group interview/exercise and partner interview on the same day.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The partner asked behavioural type questions only, e.g. how would you deal with difficult situations where there are time constraints etc. There was no routine interview question about my experience and qualifications. The group interview/exercise was discussing a scenario that they'll give you on the day as a group and then making recommendations. There's a manager assigned to each group to observe the interactions.
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.
