Interview
Are Reactive regarding application process. They answer immediately after passing the english test to schedule an interview. You won’t be having a senior auditor interviewing you, in my case it was only HR.
HR seemed uninterested which disturbed me while pitching an idea.
I had previous interviews when the interviewer would ask the question in another way if he was waiting for another answer or still needs explanation, my interviewer at PWC interrupted me, tried to correct me and made me uncomfortable.
I find it irrelevant to have HR people interview us about past experiences because they can’t understand technical things we say and make the link with the actual position we’re seeking.
