Interview
The first stage interview was a video interview which lasted about an hour. Most of the questions were based on case studies which were not relevant to the division which was applied for. No competency based questions.

There’s no HR. Two to three coworkers in Audit-Team will interview you (so no problem-solving questions). Highly related experiences require, which is hard for a student first apply for an internship.

L'iter di selezione inizia con una telefonata da parte delle risorse umane, procede con un colloquio conoscitivo - attitudinale sempre con le risorse umane e prosegue con due colloqui tecnici con due senior manager del team di riferimento per la posizione.
Entspannt und angenehm. Es wurde hauptsächlich auf personal fit geachtet und ein bisschen über die motivation gesprochen. Die Atmosphäre war locker, ich fühlte mich wohl. Insgesamt wirklich einfach und angenehm.
