Walk me through how you would delegate work to a junior.
Phone screen with HR to eatablish
Goals and interests. Didn't make to second round. Coworker was recently hired. I was coming from regional CPA firm. They were super nice. I do t think this was the right fit for me.

Easy because I was prepared and I knew everyone that I was interviewing with and we were at a lunch with 7 people who all wanted to hear about how I could help them
