Recruiter reached out to me and thought this would the job would be a good fit. Had a 15 minute interview with HR that went well and HR said they’ll move my resume forward . 2x weeks pass and I hear nothing from HR . I had to follow up by myself to see what was going on . I was then scheduled a technical interview (which I wouldn’t have been scheduled if I never reached out) but have not heard anything back from my recruiter. The whole process felt like I was doing the middleman stuff , and it seemed unprofessional. After reading some of the reviews I see that this is a common problem with the organization. I also feel like maybe the working environment is for recent college grads and not experienced employees . I read some of the requirements for other roles in The company and it seems like the roles are geared toward employees with less working experience . I could be wrong , but this is just my take judging from the requirements of job roles
