Interview
One of the hardest interview i have ever attended. Interviewed by partners. She kept on asking about my previous employer, types of bad comments received by them. It was not even a friendly interview. They had that look on their faces as if my answers are all wrong and insufficient. Really felt panicked and demotivated at that moment.
HR in charge of tax associate applications is the worst. It has been 2 weeks since the interview. Not even a single reply for my follow ups email. Atleast respect us as humans and send an email which only takes about 5 minutes. Candidates hoping for answers and getting ghosted at the end of the day.
They give so much importance to get interns and keep their graduan award status. But no chance given to associates. Only employing audit interns who was with Pwc for 6 months as tax associates. They advertised very much in LinkedIn regarding tax jobs opening at on March. Till date i did not see any post regarding someone taking up tax associate job. Why are they wasting people's life and time if they only want to keep interns. Pwc is one of my dream company but i didnt expect these kind of treatments by them.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.
