I finished the recording interview. They asked me 5 questions. first was to talk about yourself the last question was why PWC. the remaining questions change from different candidates. The interview was strange, it was like talking to yourself.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PwC (Madrid) in Dec 2025
Interview
Gmat, caso practico , dinamica de grupo , 2 entrevistas con socio. Se hacia todo en un día, empezabas con GMAT y ya todo lo demás variaba un poco el orden de las cosas.
One round interview with 2 back to back. One case interview and one behavioral. Manager / Partner level. The case interview is really standard and nothing involves math. People are nice.
Basic 30 min case. 30 min behavioral. Easy case study and math wasn’t too difficult. Interviewers were nice and welcoming. Should be prepped with answers to common behavioral and some casing knowledge.
