Process took too long - got to the final round and didn't even hear back from them. Regardless, interviews themselves were quite easy and interviewers were friendly. I wouldn't recommend making this your first option though.
I had an initial interview with the director and HR, and then when I passed that stage, I had a second interview with the Partner of the department. I was subsequently hired.

In person interviews with behavioral interviews only. They are very chill and it is not a difficult process at all. I was joining right out of college so your process may be different if you are experienced. they basically just want accounting majors with decent grades.
