I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (Fayetteville, AR) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was an on campus interview for the 1st round. One week after that I got a phone call from a Manager in Risk Assurance inviting me to the office visit. I haven't had the office visit yet, so I can't share anything about that. But the on campus interview wasn't too intimidating. PwC has a very nice greeter in front of the interview rooms, so you'll feel more relaxed as you talk to the greeter before the interview. I had an interview with a Partner who has 30+ years of experience in Core Assurance. He was very nice and basically wanted to know more about you. I walked him through my resume after he asked "Tell me about yourself". There wasn't any behavioral questions yet. I think these will come in the Office visit interview. The interview was brief, about 30 minutes. In the evening, PwC invited candidates to a social event to give us a chance to talk to the team. It was a nice event and everyone from PwC was very friendly. They wanted to get to know you and helped you in anyway they could.

Tell me about yourself?
Why did you choose this college for undergrad? Why did you choose that Master program?
It was an okay interview session, in which it lasted for an hour. Mostly panels will ask about yourself so that they can better understand you as a person. There were only two panels which consist of Senior Manager and a Manager.
HR is really nice and 2 interviews (2 with manager and another with 1 director). Verbal offer and then written offer. Full pay on probation. Nice boss and team member. Hybrid mode

I applied via the Pwc website and they emailed me to set up a meeting. The HR lady was very helpful and friendly. After she asked a little more about me they set up a meeting with partners and director. Best interview I've had.
