Breve colloquio conoscitivo con l'hr e poi colloquio tecnico con senior manager del team nel quale si verrà eventualmente inseriti. Il tutto avviene in via telematica e in tempi abbastanza veloci. Durante il processo di selezione verrà chiesto di completare alcuni test sulla personalità/capacità logiche/inglese
The process was started with an initial online test (consisting of personality test and gamified activities) followed by online assessment day which consisted of several activities, including an interview, written tasks and numerical tasks.
It was smooth and manageable. Initially it was all about introduction and then about the resume and contents in it. And then the projects and then some technical questions. It was a pretty good interview experience from my end.

at first assesment test then shortlisting based on test scores then personal interview rounds then final selection of the candidates. The assesment test was online through a proctoring software and the interviews were help virtual on another platform
