Interview
The interview process technically starts with your exposure to the firm during the Explore and Elevate programs. Doing this track will usually result in an offer for an internship right after the Elevate programs end. For instance, I got my offer on the day after Elevate ended. As far as the interviews for Explore and Elevate, I enjoyed myself despite the stress of the situation. Before the interview, the PwC recruiter hosted a discussion panel on campus where we could ask students who've gone through the process any questions about the program or the interview. The actual interviewers were fun to talk with and kept the interview discussion-based. We concentrated on experiences that I listed on my resume, so come prepared to talk about it. For the record, we concentrated most on experiences that weren't immediately accounting related. The interviewer I had is famous for his dry sense of humor, so he was pretty hard to read throughout the interview.
