It was a strange balance between intensely in-depth but professionally warm and light hearted. They probed the expected questions related to experience and job competency but really seemed to be trying to shape a view of my personal drives and skills- athletic interests and awards seemed to be a key point of interest, and travelling endeavours and time spent working in different countries. I felt that reactions to slightly humorous comments were also heeded carefully and there was a big emphasis on being part of a tight knit company culture.
