Multiple levels of interview. Telephonic, technical & HR round. Interviews were handled professionally. Virtual interview for initial rounds. Interview schedule shared ahead of time & well informed. Technical & interpersonal skills were discussed.
one normal interview online with one person, then a technical interview where they gave you a laptop and had to complete their exercise and explain your thought process, and a last in person interview with the head

Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
