I got an SHL interview, and I felt it was a good one. The process was very fast compared to a lot of other companies that I applied to. I had my SHL assessment and interview within one week and the assessment centre in the very next week.

Virtual process. We had an introductory session to tell us what we will be doing: one group discussion, a 1v1 behavioural interview and one individual written case. We were given 10 mins to read the brief and then come back together as a group to discuss with the assessors on the call but with their cameras turned off. The written case was individual where you don't need to go into a meeting for it. You just click on the brief at the allocated time and work through it on your own.

They did not share the job description for the role at any point so the interview was difficult because I did not know what I was being interviewed for. I asked at every stage before the interview and they said they will share it in the interview. Feedback from this interview was poor as well. Not a great experience especially for the Big 4
