Recruiter outreach, then recruiter call, take home assignment, mock customer presentation, culture call with the recruiter.
Overall, I had a positive interview experience, although it was disheartening to not get the offer after so much work and preparation. The recruiter offered me a $100 gift card as a way to recognize my work and say thank you, which was appreciated.

Question 1
Challenging customer scenario, where they were looking for very specific answers and criteria in the conversation.
An assignment was needed at the second stage following the initial recruiter call. The team was very nice and the assignment helps you get to know the company better. It’s a mock/roleplay situation.

Question 1
Which of the values do you resonate with? Why do you want to work at QA Wolf? What was your biggest success story with a customer?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at QA Wolf in Mar 2025
Interview
#1: Interview with the hiring manager.
#2: Customer Call Brief Project.
#3: Mock Customer Call to present as if you were the CSM to the CSM team who acts as the customer.
#4: Culture & Core Values Call with Co-Founder: Come prepared to speak to each of their core values, and an example from your own experience on how you have lived up to these values.
I decided to turn down this offer because I asked about work life balance during the interview process as part of my follow up question and based on the feedback I got from both the hiring manager and the CSM leads and the co-founder this is not something that is a priority at the organization. They are very much a start up company. At one point the hiring manager referred to their culture as a "Hustle Culture".
