Pros

- Remote work done right - Amazing clients and coworkers, great team lead - Growing startup

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. Pace is quick but rewarding if you are in it to work. If you want to slack off, it will become evident quickly that you're not contributing. Pay is nothing crazy to start, but it is fair, and standard benefits.

Pros

- Decent pay - Always remote - 28 days of PTO - Free health insurance - Yearly retreats (last year we balled out in vegas) - Free lunch once a month - Frequent promotions (at least one per year, usually quicker) - Amazing work culture. Everyone is extremely friendly and hard working. - Etc.

Cons

If you're someone that likes to fly under the radar and not do real work, you won't do too well here. That's not to say the job is extremely demanding, but it is a fast paced start up so hard work is a must. On the other hand, the meritocracy means hard work is rewarded extremely well. I've been promoted twice in about 13 months.
