It’s was very odd, it wasn’t really about my background during the first round. It was more so about the company. I understand recruiters sometimes explain what the company does and how this role contributes but not talking about my experience the first round was a red flag for me.

Interview
Only did the screen. Entirely about the product, what it does, how it works, company culture, their clients, etc. Was not asked about me or my background whatsoever. Have not had an interview like this before; it felt a little self-centered.
