The interview its more like they are politly asking you to came and work for them. They will hire almost anyone that is willing to move and work in Doha. They will ask the basic: Why do you wanna work for us? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years? I think you can answer all the questios with YES and they will say your hired.

Are you willing to come and work for 700$ plus company provided accomodation and transportation?
Initially, Recorded Interview and after that, Video Interview with real recruiters. I got all the process online and got hired. Not too difficult, just needed to be clear and communicative.

How will you assist the deaf customer who is going to the wrong direction?
Via zoom 30 minutes with two managers in Poland and Doha. Easy process and great communication with both offices for the Inprocessing. They will assist with relocation (hotel/ flight reimbursement )
First they take a Phone call interview and if we proceed ahead, they will take an Online interview and lastly an offline interview. After that we have 6 months probation.
