I applied through their careers website directly, and then after 2 weeks got a mail regarding scheduling an interview the next day. I was interviewed on phone for 1 hour approximately and it was pure technical interview. The interviewer had good knowledge on embedded systems and also asked few transistor related questions. The interview was very interactive and interesting.
