I had a very positive interview experience at Qualifacts. I applied on their website and heard back within a couple days. HR emailed me to tell me they liked my background and explained their interview process in detail. They first scheduled the phone screening with the hiring manager. My phone screening went well, and after about a week, I received feedback that they wanted to bring me in for an in-person interview. Within a day or two they reached out to figure out a time that would work best for me to come in. We figured out a time that worked for both me and their interview panel, which was about a week later. My interview went well and I enjoyed speaking with everyone I met. The entire interview was about 5 hours long and met with 7 people. It was also very thorough and even included a tour of their office (somewhat rare), which I enjoyed. I ended up receiving an offer, however, I was very fortunate to receive an offer from another company, at the same time. It was a very tough decision, but I ended up going with the other opportunity for a few small differences that were more inline with my career goals.
