Quest Software Manager interview questions

Referred by a contact in network. Quest TA contact did an absolutely woeful job of organising interviews - telling me different dates to interviewers etc. Gave a poor first impression of the company, but was reassured and assisted by internal contacts. Phone screen was followed by two person interview onsite, final round was via phone with US decision makers.
